Our Creative Space
Our aim is to build an affordable, four-storey unit for independent seniors that includes at least 49 units split between studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. A number of the units will be designed for residents with disabilities and the building entrances and public spaces will be large with wide hallways. There will be an amenity space with a kitchen, washrooms and an office.
Activities you can work on together
Mr. Dlot has worked with the city planner for the area and been encouraged to learn that a residential use for the site is the city’s preference within the area’s Secondary Plan. With funding from Central Neighbourhoods the Board has been working with consultant Barb Gemmell on our mission, values, and bylaws
